Inception
workshop – held last August 18-20 2003 at
the Shangri-La EDSA, Mandaluyong, Philippines.
This workshop aimed to:
- Level
off expectations on the SEA-HDR – its
framework, purpose, scope, methodology,
audience and authorship;
- Agree
on the conceptual framework, key strategic
issues and theme(s) seminal to the first SEA-HDR;
- Produce
an outline of the proposed SEA HDR;
- Agree
on a peer review process; and
- Invite
ideas for a dissemination strategy.
