The Department also attends
to personnel transactions involving appointment preparations and promotions, merit
increases, performance evaluation, personnel movements, personnel discipline, employee
relations, leave administration, benefits and welfare, training and similar matters.
The Institute has been granted accreditation by the CSC per
its Resolution No. 94-2853. As such, it has been delegated the authority to take
final action on its appointments effective July 1, 1994.
